Great show! Reviews on IMDB and Prime Video unfortunately were bombed by homophobes. I loved this show so much that I binged it in 24 hours. I love the story, the characters, and the representation of closeted gay women existing in these baseball leagues (which was a real thing by the way, look it up). If you don't like the possibility of women kissing women then don't watch I guess, but don't act like the quality of the show is to blame and not your ignorant conservative mindset. Also, if you have a problem with the imagined "race politics", try picking up any US history book and you'll see that black people were in fact heavily discriminated against during this time and this show strives to accurately portray that! Such a captivating series to binge, I hope it gets renewed for another season.
