The game seems to be pushing a narrative agenda at the expense of what made the earlier games in the series so immersive and enjoyable. Rather than focusing on deep, engaging storytelling and character development within the fantasy world, it feels like the game goes out of its way to deliver messages that just don’t feel authentic to the setting.
