Brian Polite

I, Brian Polite, absolutely loved this movie! This movie was an experience I will never forget and will always hold so close to my heart. Being a fanatic of the video game series obviously helped in my overall thoughts of the movie but besides the movie being based off of arguably the best Dragon Quest game in the series and of course the beautiful animation, the character and monster and environmental designs, the message this movie portrays made me feel an overwhelming rush of emotions of validation, love, admiration and self worth. Although the end of the movie somewhat took me out of the experience it quickly made up for it because the message of the movie evolved from being a cute movie about family and being strong in the face of adversity or life weighing you down to a complete validation as to why I love video games so much! Although I am a gorgeous adult man with my own beautiful wife and son and a mountain of responsibilities it doesn't mean that I have to let go of my love and passion for video games! This movie explains why I shouldn't have to give up my absolute favorite hobby because I am a grown up. And it also reaffirms what I've always known since I was a wee little boy and that is that I am the Hero of my own story. Watch this freaking movie, seriously. Thank you, Brian
