Outstanding! Bob at his best. Saw him do most of this album at Blackbush Aerodrome UK in 1978. Superlative tracks from Street Legal include: Senôr, Changing of the Guard, New Pony, Where are You Tonight, Is Your Love in Vain? and True Love Tends to Forget. One great song after another, recorded with a larger backing band than previous albums. While perhaps not so immediately loveable as Blood on the Tracks or Desire two albums Dylan made not long before Street Legal, the new sound results in one of my all-time favourite Dylan albums!
