Amazing work by MLL when she was just starting out. Some of the vocal performances here - on Billy Bragg's "St Swithen's Day" and "Memories of You" in particular - are stunning. Jaw dropping. Most if not all of the material can be found on YouTube, but if it is not there - and you are at all a fan of this Indie Legend, go out and get this. And check out her newer stuff on Bandcamp, and buy it.
