I think all the time the doc spent with the internet sleuths is illuminating not in terms of what their theories are regarding Elisa Lam, rather how easy it is for a disparate group of people to become obsessed with coincidence and their ability to focus on certain facts and ignore other facts that don't fit a narrative that they have constructed. People should take a course in probability and understand humans seek patterns and meaning whether or not they exist.
