09.03.2019. What a great show today (not for the cooking) but the 'know how' when using knives. Well demonstrated how to sharpen your knife and how to cut and dice vegetables. Trick with the mushroom was particularly brilliant. Such a nice change to the usual, cook, cook, cook stuff. Well played
