Have to say I went in knowing it had received terrible reviews but expected to get the typical formula for a superhero movie. This felt like an hour and 50 minute trailer for what seems like a much more interesting film. It felt like the first 2-3 seasons with game of thrones, wondering when the dragons will arrive. The movie does bless us with a somewhat mediocre fight sequence in the last 15 minutes... Honestly a dud movie. I’ll save you some time - her mom got killed passed on spider powers, her path crosses with 3 girls who fail to exhibit any powers during entire movie. Guy who killed her mom comes to kill them to prevent his own death. Then after an hour of disconnected cat and mouse he dies as he saw In His vision. The end.
