As a big Eli Roth fan I was expecting a lot more from this movie. It was filmed in such a way that I couldn’t take it seriously. I expected it to actually be scary. It wasn’t at all. It kind of reminded me of a comedic horror/spoof.. Maybe that was the goal. Idk. I wasn’t into it.
It’s a shame nowadays. Hollywood writers and directors don’t care about making good films anymore. It’s all about making a good trailer. “How many ppl can we sucker into paying to see this movie?” The era of good film making is long gone. Especially with the new “woke/PC” culture we have now. Nothing is natural anymore. It’s all forced.
Also, it’s so blatantly obvious that 90% of the 5 star google reviews for EVERY film are FAKE! Or AI generated. It’s so ridiculously sad.. You want a genuine review? Look at the bad ones!!
