This movie got undeservedly low reviews. Went with a group of 5 ranging in age from 6 to 50s, and we ALL enjoyed it. The audience was laughing at all the right parts. Even the controversial dragon scene (he has to help the dragon in an unusual way) was fine, and made sense in the context of the movie. A fun fantasy movie, gorgeous scenery, a great escape, and very enjoyable.

Enjoyable but flawed. Yeah the main character is an a-hole but at least comes to realize it. People forgive her, she does a turnaround personality-wise and yet succeeds, gets the hot *and* nice guy, everything ends well. A little predictable but I enjoyed many moments along the way. Erykah Badu was the best part of the movie. I had no idea she is a comedic genius. So glad about the after-scenes with her. She had me dying! Nice to see Richard Roundtree again as well.
