125 people on flight 7008 CVG to Punta Cunta have been on n off the plane twice. Lied to, waiting on pilots over an hour. Sitting on tar Mack for almost 2 hours. This company is the WORST airline out here. They have NOT offered any of us a bottled water or anything!!! They can’t touch SOUTHWEST or any other airline. AVOID this toy airline. Pay a little more and get to your destination on time. flight was to leave at 7:00 AM, arrive at noon. It’s 11:47 est time n we r still in CVG airport 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
