To the people who gave it 5 stars, please answer: who were they fighting in the scene leading to the explosion?
I didn’t see not one person shooting at them. Did they run out of budget? Couldn’t hire a cast of bad guys?
That, the fact that I couldn’t hear what the characters were saying over the music and the “love story” that they didn’t take proper time to develop (which meant it didn’t make sense to me how hard he was trying to save her) made the movie quite mediocre.
I watched it twice to be sure because maybe my expectations were too high with the 2 years of hype built behind it — but nope.
IDK why Nolan insisted this be released in theaters.. it’s the type of average action movie that you’ll never SEARCH for to watch on purpose but may end up catching it on TV and think “okay”
