The book has been written very beautifully by Daaji describing in detail the yatra from human to humane to divine life. It has been one of the best book of my life and kept me deeply engrossed in meditative state as i was going through it. The conditions one can experience in different chakras and how to locate them was very well illustrated. Must read book for everyone yearning for spiritual elevation.
