From the beginning, I didn't like the Lestat character. He was drab and mundane compared with Lestat in the actual movie and books. This Lestat was like the Great Value brand Lestat. I also didn't like the Claudia character. Very tacky and not at ALL like the Claudia of the film and book. The sorry attempt at the New Orleans Louisiana accent as well. So forced and horrifying. Worst thing I've seen. Such an opportunity wasted!
