Can I give zero stars? Jessica Alba seems like she is capable of playing the role of a badass action star. But this movie was absolutely awful. Didn't she, her crew and directors watch other action movies? I wasn't expecting John Wick or Equalizer, but why not or why not something at least half way good? If you're going to make a movie, why not go all out? Yeah, her reputation as an actress isn't very good. This movie had the potential to be good. I loved the old building Maria, the caves could have been the seen of a good movie. There wasn't anything else good about the movie. The ridiculous knife scenes were too much! Why not make her a "Jason Bourne" military experimental super human, or marksman with a gun that can't miss. That ridiculous hunting knife and her inability to look convincing were just a waste of time. I can't say enough. The other amateur actors, they can go back to their day jobs. Jessica and the directors will be shamed for years to come and may never come back from this blow.

I suppose for children it might be worth watching. This movie is definitely for an immature audience. I don't think I could ever watch another movie with Zachary Levi. He was really that bad. His silly decisions throughout the movie couldn't be made right by his heroic effort at the end. I even lost some respect for Wonder Woman just for her cameo appearance. I really wanted the movie over in the first 5 or ten minutes. Zachary Levi's immaturity and poor decisions were really bad, the creatures were bad, that skittle/unicorn scene nearly had me out the door. Of course in 2023 someone had to come out as gay.
