OK so, people understand that from day one of audition that competition is really stiff...so we get that. Moving forward, once the ladies arrive into Training camp, the Coaches and Coordinators can be a little more encouraging. One would think words and/or phrases such as: relax, have fun, dance and feel the music, become fluid in movement. In other words, be a bit more engaging with the candidates because they have made it this far, the pressure is on and they want to succeed. It's not lost on anyone that DCC have exacting standards. Bottom line: Everyone does not perform well under pressure so reassurance and encouragement can go a long way. .
