It was original for it's time but L Ron developed the subject which reached a far easier application style by 1969. Many of the technical research was evolved into Standard Dianetics and original courses to produce Standard Dianetic Auditors presented Dianetics in its more workable form. It scared many old timers with its demand for a level of precision, and later developments became New Era Dianetics in 1974 I think. It is still the easiest subject about the human mind to understand and from my point of view and so easy to apply.
