I always have lived in large cities but somewhere I learned about all the nut cases in a very small town and boy is it fun to watch them! From the closest to normal but still not getting anywhere near it, there’s Lacy, the waitress at the only restaurant in town, to wackiest, and this is arguable, Officer Quinton. He’s half of Dog River’s police force. His naive undertones of a sexually demented cop are hilarious. I didn’t see anyone mention how this sitcom stands out. They switch from episode to episode live action actors playing all the roles and then go to animation. What makes it so entertaining and funny is how adept each character is studied so thoroughly and all of them capture their character in all their glorious small town whackjob moments! Enjoy!
