Probably one of the most annoying Superman movies I’ve ever seen next to whatever movie Brandon Routh was in. I can’t even remember what it was called. I drove in the rain to an empty parking lot of an AMC theater. The characters are all annoying and completely obnoxious. Not a single character stood out, hardly any development was done. I could have cared less about any of them. Ma and Pa Kent don’t look like hardworking farmers, they look like diabetic dorks who refuse to eat healthy… wtf are they farming? Cane sugar? Superman is extremely weak for a being who is supposed to be the most powerful. He tells everyone who he is like it’s just who cares. There’s a lot of whining and bickering and extremely irritating moments such as with Jimmy Olsen. Lex Luthor somehow has everything going for him, and people under his control for whatever reason I have no idea. He just points and everybody does it. Whatever. I have no idea why they want to make extremely unlikable characters and wacky storylines for Superman movies. There is nothing memorable about this movie. I found it rather boring and annoying. This is what people like in America? Yeeesh. They wonder why people don’t go to the movies anymore.
