The actors, their chemistry, the music, the lyrics, the scenic beauty of Kashmir.... I mean isn't that already a defination of a great movie.... The dialogues, the story.... The depiction of true love without any vanity... I am totally blown away, I am obsessed with this movie and it's songs.... In today's day and age, this kind of selfless love is so hard to understand and feel and yet this movie expresses it all.... I can re-watch this movie and never get tired .... This says it all... Specially the majnu part, understanding the world he was living in, the way he'd made his peace living with laila's absence and started imagining her everywhere... Saying koi ni samjhega... That crazy madness .. the obsession and the way laila instantly realised how he felt.... All of it... From the way the love starts between the two, to when he sees her after a long time and falls on his knees, the part where he patiently waits for her saying obviously he'll wait as long as she wants... And he does....

It was an incredible drama, the woman who played yoon mari was very pretty, it was a pity we could see her for only a few episodes.. the villain of the story was well casted too although i wanted the story to be more about him rather than the whole wife cheated thing with seo jung... In wook's character had so many layers which i wanted to see unravel, I wanted a lil more connection between mari and him, to see if she ever tried comforting him when he needed it. I admit he was cruel and abusive towards her but in so many scenes you could just feel him silently begging her to comfort him, to say to him that everything will be alright. I don't know if she tried reaching out to him that way. The music was incredible and the painting were so exquisite too. I'd have liked the hero to be a little less skinnier but that's okay lol. It was a good show....

I loved the movie. Lou and will, I loved them both... It was a very beautiful portrayal of a love so pure and unaffected by any touch of sexual desires. It was full of affection and adoration of each other. Being bound by something so much deeper than than these silly flings we have surrounded ourselves with, it's so refreshing to feel it through them. Lou who was ready to spend her life caring for her man knowing the limitations. Will, who wanted no restrictions in lou's life, who wanted to free her bounds. And I know for a fact that the next time I rewatch this movie, ill cry again...

Yaar bataya kyun nhi drugs karke aana tha yeh movie dekhne.... M bechari smjhne ki koshish karri thi... I was hoping smthing would make sense but then I remembered it's Indian cinema. And ofc, they had to extend a movie without a story. One thing they prolly should have told the audience is to leave their brains at home or they could expect smthing realistic here. Like NOT a cook dressed in a 3 piece Armani suit dancing around with the owner's daughter also did I mention that was when he was under the impression that his father is in jail (when he had actually fallen off a waterfall somehow and don't ask me why there was a waterfall at the border).
