Excellent portrayal of the irony of city administrators defending the rights of the public. This movie should be mandatory viewing and assessment by all students in grade 10 English class — since every student requires an English 10 course as a prerequisite for graduating high school. Why? So every person entering high school becomes aware of the lack of social responsibility and its need for improvement, compassion, and solutions. Excellent script, acting, and creating awareness of a serious issue occurring all across North America. Highly recommend.
