As you’ll well know, this is the sequel to The Family Upstairs (an absolute great read). I would definitely recommend reading one after the other though - I had about a 3 year gap between and struggled to remember the characters and their backstory. There is a helpful ‘who’s who reminder’ in the front of the sequel which I kept having to flick to. I found the story to be well written, then seemed to wrap up quite quickly at the end. Definitely recommend though 👍🏼
