The book completely failed examine the facts objectively. Got the audiobook and had to endure hours of nonsense stories about Oswald fighting with his mom. Would have enjoyed listened to nails on chalkboard for 20 hours straight a lot more than having to listen to this. Anyone that wants to read a decent book on the topic should read “The Unspeakable” which is a proper book with proper research

One of my favourite sports books that I’ve ever read. Simon comes across as being very likeable. Feel awful for him how things ended up

Excellent book. Neil comes across as a very down to Earth man. Makes it that much better that he narrates the book as well. Enjoyed every minute of it

I got the audio book. It’s not so much for football fans. The last hour was pretty tough going

Peter seems to be a really nice guy, that’s one thing I definitely can take away from the book. However Peter doesn’t give much away in it. He talks about some fairly boring stuff, footballers haircuts, best volleys by all different footballers etc… he doesn’t say anything really critical of any other footballer in the whole book. It’s only okay, not particularly interesting. I bought the audio book & had it running at 1.25x speed because I wanted it to end sooner rather than later
