I thoroughly enjoyed this show. The issues associated with this little reported state were fascinating and disturbing. The story line was strong and the characters were terrific. The cast led by Hilary Swank created very relatable individuals who easy to enjoy. I am devastated to hear that the show has been cancelled by ABC. The only hope is that this will be reviewed in the future or taken up by another network.

Initially I found the story difficult to follow and somewhat confusing, but once the various factions became clearer I was quite engrossed. Although it is effectively a Star Wars II [This is listed as Episode 1], I ended up really carried along by the events and main characters. The action and effects are spectacular and the premise of the story quite intriguing. Basically it’s good v evil but there are other overtones of mega business interests and colonialism which might resonate with modern audiences. Overall I enjoyed it immensely and can’t wait for episode 2!
