I have yet to see this movie. But can we argue that the people who made the second film in the now trilogy are not the same people who made the first one and the new one.. so that might can be an argument on why the "carrier" child in the second film 28 weeks later. This making a good point on why they might have not went in that particular direction. Not to say that the reviews here don't make good points. I'm glad I read them before buying this movie to watch it, I'll wait till it's streamed. (Lol).
