My husband and I absolutely adore this show! This is brilliant tv. We’re Brits who live in the US so maybe that’s why it resonates so much but we’d recommend it to anyone. There’s something for everyone: great, quirky characters; hidden depths; comedy and the every day tragedies we all face. Can not wait for all the episodes to come out and really hoping there’s going to be a second series. Well done Apple TV.

There’s no aesthetic cohesion to this movie whatsoever and it ruins the whole film. The costumes take references from the 70’s, the 80’s, Star Wars, Japanese minimalism, etc. and are all over the place. The sets are equally as confused and jumbled with absolutely no reference to Nottingham(shire) whatsoever. The soundtrack / original music might as well be completely absent for it’s lack of impact. For a contemporary take on the Robin Hood story, Guy Ritchie’s “King Arthur” is the polar opposite, it’s absolutely superb.
