Tbh it was not as scary as I expected, sure there were shocking parts but the overall film did not evoke a true horror feel. There was no lingering sense of fear. If you’re looking for a gore fest, this is the movie for you. I love the gore in it but the story was bland. It’s as if they were only trying to make the audience feel uneasy with the visuals and not really scare and tell a story. I agree with the other reviews, I did not feel any connection with the characters nor did feel any connection between said characters. There were many characters introduced only for the sake of adding to the kill count.
