Ratings Are Important

1883 was probably the best show I've watched in a long time, if not ever. This one was good, but doesn't even begin to compare. There were three storylines and only two ever intersect. It was too disjointed. Plus, the repeated rape storyline with a sicko was too much. I always wonder about the writers and directors when they seem to savor a sick rape storyline. Come on, Taylor. You're a really great story teller. But are you also gross? Just allude to it, or skip it altogether. It wasn't even necessary to the plot.
