Disappointing ending..too rushed and lacked detail after the whole show forensically uncovered the story. The vo narrative was never explained. Were these inner monologues?

Thought it was a comedy. Too many dead pan faces looking into the distance. The kids with the mother were annoying especially the girl. By the 10th episode I was rooting for the aliens . Visual torture and soooooo slow.
