I am poor and homeless and requested a copy of a book and was told I needed to contact another department because this is a Friday for Saturday night. Ask them to contact for me maybe my advocate and instead they just kept going on with here's the phone number to contact that department. Clearly they don't understand people who are disabled and homeless and how exhausting that process is, and how Earnest somebody is to hear the word of God so I am very disappointed with this agency and it means that this is fraudulent.
