Kate and Tully's bond is the one that children resort to and gets stronger and sweeter over time when their parents are problematic or dysfunctional. Beautiful story. Many events in the series spoke to me in ways I never imagined anyone else could ever understand about family, life, and love. Kate (Sarah Chalke) and (Katherine Heigl) are excellent in their roles. It makes me want to call my best friend everyday!
