Absolutely terrible. They do not have a wrecker rotation if you are broke down. They just call around to see if any local tow truck will come get you at a rate they demand. If the tow companys decline they will call you back and say they cant get someone to tow your car. My agent called 8 companys all declined while my daughter was broke down in the capital city of SC. There are no less than 100 tow companies but after 8 she quit and said she couldn’t help me with a service that i paid them for. I made one phone call to a tow company in the area and they went and got the car. One phone call. I am submitting my reciept for reimbursment. This is the first time i needed them and it was a huge fail. I will be canceling.
