In the heights based on a true story
Dear Apartment,
I really like you and I'm glad we've gotten to know each other not to mention the effort I put into improving you. We had such an interesting time the last twelve months on a block so hot that the building caught fire. The Macy's day parade celebrations starting from 9 PM until sunrise actively inspiring a new generation of rocket scientists. Not to mention the movie sets (In the Heights), Rap videos filmed with dozens of aspiring artists and models, and construction that filled our days with traffic and noise broadcasted all over the world via our zoom meetings. But the most appreciated musical nights filled with multiple streams playing at the same time to choose hit songs for my next playlist.
But for the most entertaining nights and days that were filled with our neighbors fighting to be the ultimately supreme champion of our block fit for a 60 dollar pay per view live stream outclassing Mayweathers last fight and the 24x7 security which we greatly appreciated vastly outnumbering the amount you could get downtown for twice the rent, as long as you are fast enough to dodge the bullets when someone drops the ball.
Unfortunately even though you provided all these benefits and more, I have decided to go in another direction for my next apartment.
Sincerely Yours,
TenantNightmare
