Ben 10: Ultimate Alien is the best ben 10 show in the franchise. I only wish that the Omniverse series that takes place after the Ultimate Alien series would have the same animation as Alien Force/Ultimate Alien, but other than that it was a fantastic show. My favorite episode is the Ultimate Sacrifice where he made the ultimate decision and sacrifice to save the Aliens that were trapped in his Ultimatrix. My favorite alien in the Ultimate Alien series is Ultimate Echo Echo because of his Ultimate move: Sonic Doom When he used it to defeat Ultimate Kevin in a single strike.
