Just watched the episode of the $575 LV bag. I think JJ was wrong on this one. The defendant put in a text message that the bag was legit when the plaintiff asked if it was authentic. Defendant falsely stated the information about the bag and that should have been the reason the plaintiff got her money back. JJ based it on the cost of the bag. Granted red flags should have gone up when 575 was agreed upon but the plaintiff was lied to.
