This is a fantastic game. After being an addicted gamer for more than 30 years, this is easily in my top 10. Maybe even top 5. Even a 3 hour playing session is not enough. A great example of how the game play is more important than the graphics. (Make sure you start with the Wintermute mode.)

What a superb game. Certainly one of the most enjoyable I have played in the last few years. The combat with the robots and other enemies never gets boring and the upgrading and variety of weapons makes for a remarkable experience. Similar to a great movie or tv show, the game reveals itself slowly to being with and then becomes very addictive. As there is no actual tutorial, it is up to the player to work out certain aspects of the game such as opening the door locks and the best way to defeat the enemies. The method used to collect items necessary for upgrading weapons and the glove attachment is unique due to it being possible to open drawers and cupboards by simply looking at the icons whilst having one of the trigger buttons pressed which is slick and saves time by not having to open each one individually. Highly recommended and worth the 5 star rating.
