I started watching this show from episode one but now am very disappointed with the way it is going. There seems to be no emphasis on the cleaning up of the restaurants, including the food storage areas, kitchen cleanliness, etc.
The show seems to be focusing on the advertisers who supply kitchen implements. The show also seems to want to show the final "look" of the restaurant but nothing mentioned about what was done about the infestation of rodents, etc..
If this continues, I will not be watching or recommending the show to anyone.
