I just watched the part they had about the cat that a video of him had gone viral after being given up to a shelter. The cat is severely overweight . First off the fact the cat is so over weight is not a laughing matter. It shows a case of abuse on the part of the owner not properly taking care of the poor cat and that is considered Animal Abuse which is now a Felony.
