A waste of quality reading time. The main character is a total drunken, loser. Always has a loss for words even though, she a writer for a travel magazine. The story drags on until the last third of the story and then it picks up. The so called twist is easy to recognize as anyone who reads thriller/mystery, has seen it many times before. It is not, “edge of your seat”, or “psychological thriller”, nor “pulse quickening” like the reviews on the back cover promise. I’m writing this review because, I’d hate for others who value their reading time to get robbed.
