Tedious beyond belief ! An old- hat, hackneyed idea of the role of conductor( - and making her lesbian doesn’t add a thing of any significance . ) Would have hated to be at a performance conducted by her with all those over the top histrionics ! Orchestra must have loathed her. Dialogue was recorded at such a low level you couldn’t understand a lot of it ,while the orchestral excerpts were deafeningly loud. Nearly three hours wasted …..l
