Went to watch SkyForce without much expectations but it turned out to be a good watch. Movie is based on the story of Sqn Ldr AB Devayya MVC, an IAF pilot who laid down his life during the 1965 Indo Pak war. Superb storytelling without the melodrama, zingoism and Pak bashing commonly seen in most Bollywood war movies. Akshay Kumar and Veer Paharia were excellent in their respective roles and made their characters believable. Sara Ali Khan was decent as the Sqn Ldr's wife. Aerial actions were very well depicted with decent VFX. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent and authentic war movie.
