Though I read some of the reviews of this story that were less than glowing, happily I trusted my own fond memories of the intrigue and delight I consistently find in Louise Penny’s Monsieur Gamache and his world. The Grey Wolf enchanted and enthralled me . I was captivated by the very timely threat of the plot, the revisiting of previously explored lovely communities, familiar and intriguing characters, and the thrill of unique new places and people. The Grey Wolf is another beautiful, thought provoking story, with Louise Pennys signature insight, grace and panache! “We wait, we wait” eagerly for The Black Wolf!
