I love this book! I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan, and I have other FODMAP cookbooks which tend to include the full spectrum of non-veg, veg, and vegan meals. This one allows me to focus more clearly on vegetable and grain choices. Stepaniak's comprehensive list of vegan FODMAP protein choices to use along with "bliss bowl" base grains is excellent. Both the FODMAP food lists and the discussion of the various types of FODMAPs are thorough. An essential page, "What to Eat When You Can't Eat Anything", is a lifesaver if I've eaten myself into a flare-up. I highly recommend this cookbook (my gut is very happy!)
