A good show marred by pretensions to be something it’s not. One time watch, extremely slow, by the time it moves to the backstory you have lost interest in the backstory. Good acting by most, overacting by some. Started watching because of the reviews but at some points in time it’s excruciatingly slow. Black mirror is great for many reason, one of it being as its single episode story. If that one episode lasted like a lifetime it would be Severance.

One of best tv shows. If you like fast paced thriller, believable characters, never know what’s next and the underdog winning the heart, then look no further.

At a very high level I think it’s a series worth watching. What I loved was Simon Baker, Alan Rosen berg and Danny Coleman. All three of them are so broken however they keep on redeeming themselves and at the end of that they were likeable. What troubled me was some of the horrors that were passed off as normal. I also couldn’t get the time sometimes and probably cultural differences. Characters saved mostly were very undeserved but maybe it was a commentary on life of what really happens. What I loved, that it was stark, it made me think and think again. It made me question the world and I know it made me realize how the world has changed as many of the issues would be non issues and vice versa. Not saying changed for the better. I didn’t like the female characters and maybe an all male producer and editor team didn’t do them justice. Louisa especially was extremely unlikeable and I found her not only as a human lacking but what was with the makeup department ? She had a moustache in some of the episodes and I am not woke enough to find that amazing 🤣😂 Shannon - very unfair to give her a chance against all the other amazing woman out there. Probably beauty was the standard for men to choose not character. She was horrible kid especially with the advantages given. Frankly all interesting woman character exited the show quickly. Meh. Anyway, yes it still is disturbing and dark and worth one watch.

Some shows shouldn’t have a sequel. It’s filled with stupid plots to make it a 10 episode drag.

A very interesting show with very plausible characters. The frailty of human minds shown along with the ability to rise above and be strong. Every character has their grays and it’s good watch. Shame that season 4 is cancelled.

I have watched it end to end 3 times. I still can’t get enough. That I am in love with all the characters, is an understatement. That this brand of comedy never dies, is stating the obvious. I have cried myself to sleep after watching the last episode every time. Every word he said as part of his farewell Tennyson poem is etched into my heart. Frasier never left my heart❤️

Very watch worthy twists and turns keep you on your toes, love the actors.

It’s fast paced, great twists and turns and characters that you love to watch. Not the sniffling self pitying characters but strong one, confident ones.A great entertainer.

Well I just changed my review and upped it by another star because the ending is kind of life, goodbye is always implied! Good job on that! Rest of the review stays the same. Absolutely loved the show for the first 4 seasons! I have been watching all these crime thrillers where it takes the detectives some 8 to 10 episodes of 1 hour each to fathom who was the killer. Mostly all hateful characters etc etc and here came this one which was fast paced, beautiful characters - flawed yet so believable and so relatable. Walt was this guy whose every feeling translated to you, the dialogues wanted you to hear them again and again! The bond between Walt and Henry. Cady, Vic and her complicated yet beautiful relationship with Walt and the totally human yet strong women characters. They spoke to your heart and soul. Then by the end of season 4 it kind of felt like suddenly that Walt was dropped on his head (actually I think it says he had 4 head injuries at different points in time and I am sure that was the reason for him to start behave like a moron suddenly). It’s excruciatingly painful watching all of Episode 5. So excruciating that I am not able to get the interest to move to season 6.
