FORGET EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW !
The movie itself was definitely not what you’d have expected which in a way was actually quite refreshing but it goes against everything you thought you knew about the joker. However, watching Joaquin Phoenixs descent into madness is amazing to watch. He really embraces taking on this role and it shows in the movie. His performance was great, just the movie itself was horrible.
