Jenna Ortega, is the best Wednesday actress ever. She has set the standard for the Wednesday character so high that I do not see anyone else ever able to replicate her success in playing the character of Wednesday, Addams. Some of the drawbacks that I see for the series is the loss of originality, especially for the one scene where the wooden bird on top of the bonfire flew up into the sky and did a maneuver that was literally copied from the first Lord of the Rings movie. Not only was I disappointed when I saw that I was aghast that they couldn’t come up with a better or different scene to make the whole experience, interesting. Otherwise, the series seems to have its spurts of brilliance mixed with formulaic mediocrity. The whole series is basically carried by the acting ofJenna Ortega and her costar Emma Myers with some major acting contributions made by Catherine Zeta-Jones. I am a big fan of Wednesday and will highly likely to continue to watch all of the entire second seasons series and whatever comes next.
