I used to love this show, it was my go to during the pandemic. Now I'm wondering what has happened, all of the dishes have names that I can't pronounce and ingredients I've never heard of. It's America's test kitchen, if I want recipes from Bangkok that I have no way to get the ingredients for, I'll watch Milk Street. I'm hoping the show returns to the great dishes that made me buy your cookbook. FYI my friends and I used to talk about recipes that we saw on your show that we wanted to make we don't do that anymore. Hopefully you have found a more sophisticated audience so the show can continue. I still like all the specialty segments gadgets, taste tests, and kitchen tool testing.
