It's a good watch and may not be missed. It's an emotional period film, portraying India of 1970s and early 80s. Few scenes were felt rushed and supporting characters were not developed properly. The music is good to ears, however songs are not so great except for one. Nevertheless, it's a great movie with a lot of efforts put to make it. Kangana's acting prowess is unmatched and she could nail any role given to her. Sometimes viewers could mistake Kangana for the real Indira Gandhi in the movie, for such great performance. I will give 4 star to the movie!!

The script lacks depth and presented the political narrative trivially. The main protagonist is played by Richa Chadha who came strongly only in bits and pieces. The film doesn't do the justice having the talents like Saurabh Shukla. The major problem with the script is the total absence of complex political maneuvering and nitty gritty. That led to the film becoming boring and stupid after a certain time.
