Fast read. More like an outline than a novel. Mystery cloaking voodoo never explained and sometimes the sentiment drifts into love of gadgets and armament than plot. The use of tactical nukes is chilling. I do think the Chicom party has taken on the ancient imperial robe and functions as a Dangerous Monopoly at the expense of all of us. China was once a great ally of the US. It needs to be so again but not at our expense. The book does a good job of outlining yet another potential March of Folly.
