I find it interesting that it is suggested we must have a caste system in the US (in order to survive?) and people should be elevated to a higher echelon in the caste, not by race or religion,but by their intellectual-economic and/or political status.
If this is so, are most US blacks destined by this criterion to currently be in the lower level?
And does Isabel W. suggest, however discretely, that she is deserving of being in the upper echelon of America's caste system?
